Refund Policy 

Easy 30-Day Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us in 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a refund. 

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact. This means the product hasn't been washed, worn, or had its plastic packaging removed or damaged.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return:

  2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Important Information:

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • KAKACAMISA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

To protect the integrity of our return policy and ensure fair usage for all customers, KAKACAMISA monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or suspected abuse of our free return policy may result in:

- Limitation or suspension of return privileges.
